In June 2022, a French client living in Singapore with her family contacted us via email. Herself and her Irish husband decided it was time to update their Irish home, which had been rented out for the past 12 years, in preparation for their relocation. Their goal was to completely outsource the design and project management while they remained abroad during the renovation.
We quickly began with client meetings and sharing design boards, streamlining the process of finalising layouts. To assist with more intricate renovations, we provided measured floor plans, CAD drawings and 3D renderings for enhanced visualisation. Our longstanding relationships with reliable trades were fully leveraged to bring our client’s vision to life.
The extensive renovation comprised of a family bathroom, three en-suite bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, and the reconfiguration of walls to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Additionally, the project included a fully fitted brand-new kitchen, two new living rooms, and a downstairs bathroom, all tailored to meet the family’s needs and preferences.
